Our Environment of Learning and Support

Through the use of an intentional learning environment, we provide our Members with an engaged Member experience that aids in their recovery process.

In addition, REN is committed to helping Members navigate the healthcare system and learn to live safely on their own. This support comes from experienced staff who possess personal experience in behavioral health and/or challenges with substances, as well as the ins and outs of the healthcare system. We have walked in your shoes . . . let us show you the next step.

Finally, REN offers employment coaching services to help Members continue their path to success.

Peer Advocacy

Did you know that our staff can help advocate for you?

We have Peer Advocates dedicated to helping you when you need results solving a problem, filing a grievance or submitting an appeal. We advocate for you within the behavioral healthcare system to give you a voice when you need support.

How can we empower you to find solutions? Call (602) 403-9219 for more information.

Hearing Voices Network

Voices & Visions Phoenix is a REN program that provides people who hear voices, see visions or have unusual beliefs a place to discuss their experiences in a group setting of their peers. Every group is facilitated by a trained peer, who knows what it is like to live with these experiences.

Members: Access the Voices & Visions Phoenix page for dates, times and location.

As these groups continue to form identities of their own, each group has discretion whether to allow others to sit in and/or participate (e.g., family members, providers). As this highly effective approach grows in popularity, it is REN’s goal to train new facilitators to then grow new groups around Maricopa County and the State of Arizona.
